My approach

I go all the way back to the beginning.

I use a combination of spirituality and psychology and my own personal life experience. I have a theology degree. I have a psychology degree. I'm a systems therapist, and I go all the way back.

People typically come because they've got issues with their partners, but they later find out that the same issues they have with their partner, they have on their job, they have with their friends. It's the same.

Who I work with

We need to remember our story.

I see individuals, couples and families, and the person I'm most passionate about helping is the woman. Many of the people who sit with me are working through:

Domestic violenceEmotional abuseSelf-identity confusionChallenges in interpersonal connections

“I do confront challenging truths, but that comes as a surprise.”

Sessions are gentle conversations. What I hear a lot is that people needed somebody who could really get in their space and get real with them, without it feeling like they're being beat up.

What we work on

Recovery isn't only about what happened to you.

01

Your relationship with yourself

Where it all starts, and where most of us avoid looking first. If you do not go within, you will go without.

02

Your family story

The beliefs you inherited before you could choose them, and the freedom to decide which ones still fit.

03

Your partner & your people

Boundaries, harmful dynamics and the connections that shape every choice you make.
