Widely known as "The Reframe Expert," Stephanie is the Founder and CEO of True Alchemy Therapy and Wellness. Her path into the healing arts was not accidental. From early in her career, Stephanie recognized that true healing required more than symptom management — it demanded a holistic, integrative approach that honored the whole person: mind, body, and spirit.

She pursued advanced training in EMDR therapy, becoming a certified practitioner recognized for her ability to guide clients through trauma processing with precision and compassion. She deepened her practice further through meditation facilitation and Reiki, weaving these modalities into a therapeutic style that is both clinically grounded and soulfully attuned.
