These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of truealchemytherapy.com, our community site at community.truealchemytherapy.com, and the programs, memberships and products offered by True Alchemy Therapy LLC, doing business as True Alchemy Therapy & Wellness ("we," "us" or "our"). By using the site or joining a program, you agree to these terms.

Not therapy, and not for emergencies

The Meditation Club, meditations, community, coaching, workshops, speaking engagements and products are educational and supportive. They are not therapy, medical advice or a substitute for care from a licensed professional, and using them does not create a therapist-client relationship.

Therapy with Stephanie McCain is a separate service, requested and scheduled through Psychology Today.

This website is not for emergencies. If you are in crisis, call or text 988. If you are in immediate danger, call 911.

Your account and the community

Please give accurate information when you sign up and keep your login private. Treat other members with respect. We may remove content or end access for anyone who harasses others, shares others' personal stories outside the community, or uses the community in a harmful way.

Meditation Club memberships

• Memberships are billed monthly or annually and renew automatically until you cancel.
• Promotional offers, such as a discounted first month with a coupon code, apply only as described in the offer. After that, the regular membership price applies.
• You can cancel anytime. Your access continues through the end of the period you have already paid for. Monthly members will not be charged again after canceling, and annual members will not be charged at renewal.
• Memberships are non-refundable.
• We may change membership prices in the future. We will let current members know before a price change affects them.

RRP: Relationship Recovery Program

Enrollment reserves your place in the complete program. Payments are based on program participation rather than individual attendance, so missed sessions are not deducted or refunded.

Speaking engagements

Speaking engagements, workshops and retreats are confirmed through a separate written agreement, which sets the fees, schedule and cancellation terms for that event.

Our content

The meditations, recordings, the 5-R Method, written content, images and other materials on this site and in our programs belong to Stephanie McCain and True Alchemy Therapy LLC. They are for your personal use only. Please do not copy, record, resell, share or publish them without our written permission.

Other websites and services

Our site links to and uses services provided by others, including Psychology Today and our payment and community platforms. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

No guarantees

Everyone's journey is different, and we cannot promise any particular result. The site and programs are provided "as is."

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, True Alchemy Therapy LLC and Stephanie McCain are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or our programs. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us for the program or membership involved in the 12 months before the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Cuyahoga County, Ohio.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page shows when they were last changed.
